Return Policy Details

✅ Eligible Returns

We accept returns on unopened, unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from all returns. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs — we do not provide prepaid return labels.

🚫 NON-RETURNABLE Items

  • Nutrients, fertilizers, and plant food products — These are treated like food. Once they leave our facility, we have no way to verify storage conditions. Like bread from a bakery, we can't know if it was left in a hot car, frozen, or stored improperly. Accepting returns on these items would put other customers at risk.
  • Live plants and seeds — Perishable items cannot be returned.
  • Items marked "Final Sale" or "Clearance"
  • Used, opened, or assembled items
  • Custom or special orders

📸 Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We'll make it right — either a full replacement or a complete refund including shipping costs. No restocking fee applies to damaged/defective claims.

📋 How to Start a Return

Email toledoindoorgarden@gmail.com or call (419) 725-2450 to request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Do not send returns without an RMA number. Returns received without authorization may be refused.

💰 Refund Timeline

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
