Dosatron Setup for Athena Pro Line

📦 Equipment Needed

  • 4 Dosatron Injectors:
  • 2× D14MZ2 (1:500 to 1:50, Viton seals) — Core A + Core B
  • 1× D14MZ3000 (1:3000 to 1:500, Viton) — Cleanse
  • 1× D14MZ3000 (1:3000 to 1:500, Aflas) — pH Down
  • 4 Stock Tanks (30-55 gallon barrels with lids)
  • Plumbing Kit (suction lines, bypass valves, fittings)

⚙️ Configuration

  • Injection Ratio: 1:100 for Core nutrients
  • Flow Rate: Lo-Flo (14 GPM) for most grows
  • Complexity: Medium
Critical: Never mix Core A and Core B in the same barrel. Calcium in Part A will precipitate with sulfates/phosphates in Part B at stock concentration. Always use Aflas seals for acid (pH Down).

Dosatron Setup for Athena Blended Line

📦 Equipment Needed

  • 6 Dosatron Injectors:
  • 2× D14MZ2 (Viton) — Grow/Bloom base
  • 3× D14MZ3000 (Viton) — Balance, Fade, CaMg, etc.
  • 1× D14MZ3000 (Aflas) — pH Down
  • 6 Stock Tanks

⚙️ Configuration

  • Complexity: High (6 products to manage)
Note: The Blended Line is more complex than Pro Line. Pro Line uses fewer products for the same results — most growers choose Pro Line for simplicity.

Dosatron Setup for Jack's 321

📦 Equipment Needed

  • 2 Dosatron Injectors:
  • 1× D14MZ2 — Barrel A (Jack's 5-12-26 + Epsom Salt)
  • 1× D14MZ2 — Barrel B (Calcium Nitrate 15-0-0)
  • 2 Stock Tanks (30-55 gallon)

⚙️ Configuration

  • Injection Ratio: 1:100
  • Complexity: Low (simplest setup)
Budget-Friendly: Cheapest setup at ~$600-800 for basic 2-Dosatron panel. Cannot mix Calcium Nitrate with Epsom Salt — calcium precipitates with sulfates.

Dosatron Setup for Front Row Ag

📦 Equipment Needed

  • 3-4 Dosatron Injectors:
  • 2× D14MZ2 — Base A + Base B
  • 1× D14MZ3000 — Additives (Uptake, Terps)
  • Optional: 1× D14MZ3000 (Aflas) — pH adjustment
  • 3-4 Stock Tanks

⚙️ Configuration

  • Complexity: Medium
Similar to Athena Pro in concept — A+B separation required.

Dosatron Setup for Drip Hydro Liquid

📦 Equipment Needed

  • 3-4 Dosatron Injectors:
  • 2× D14MZ2 — Part A + Part B
  • 1× D14MZ3000 — Additives
  • Optional: 1× D14MZ3000 (Aflas) — pH
  • 3-4 Stock Tanks

⚙️ Configuration

  • Complexity: Medium
Liquid concentrates are easy to mix in stock tanks.

Dosatron Setup for Drip Hydro Powder

📦 Equipment Needed

  • 2-3 Dosatron Injectors:
  • 2× D14MZ2 — Dissolved Part A + Part B
  • Optional: 1× D14MZ3000 (Aflas) — pH
  • 2-3 Stock Tanks

⚙️ Configuration

  • Complexity: Low-Medium
Dissolve powders in warm water first. Most cost-effective per gallon.
